The CS580 UV digital cold foil machine is independently developed and produced by ShanghaiCaiZiKu ‘Technology Co., Ltd. Its substrate size ranges from 210mmx297mm to 580mm x790mm and it has asmall footprint, a low energy consumption, and offers multiple functions to maximize efficiency, using digital technology to finish spot UV and cold foil.
Paper feeding is achieved using an offset feeder. The CS580 is equipped with high-precision mechanical andimage positioning systems to achieve accurate registration. We varnish on demand with an environmen-tal-friendly polymer, the foil station supports multiple rolls of foil with a foil saving function.
