Registration System: Operators can input the print length via the main control console, and the printing modules will automatically shift to the specified position. The integrated CCD still-image monitoring system allows for precise longitudinal and lateral registration control of each printing module while the machine is running, effectively improving print quality and reducing material waste.
Ink and Water Control: Utilizing an advanced ink and water supply system from the U.S., the machine ensures a stable balance between ink and water at both high and low speeds, guaranteeing consistent color and print gloss. The combined ink and water system design effectively minimizes material waste. Additionally, the use of internal floating inking rollers helps to prevent wear marks and ghosting, allowing for effortless printing on both film and paper.
